Ingredients
5 Fleshy Yellow Bulbs crushed
1/3 Cup Suji/Semolina
1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Ghee
- 3/4 Cup hot water
10-12 Cashew nuts Chopped
4 Cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
- In a saucepan heat the ghee and roast the cashew nuts til they are golden brown in color. Keep the cashew nuts aside.
- Add the suji/ semolina in the same pan. Roast the suji till it gives a sweet aroma.
- Crush the jackfruit in a blender.
- Add the hot boiling water to the suji with the crushed jackfruit.
- Stir it. Now add the cardamom and sugar to the mixture and stir it till completely mixed.
- Seve hot or cold as dessert
