 INGREDIENTS:

For Tea Masala: * Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 40 Pieces/20 Gram * Black Cardamom(काली इलाइची) - 5 Piece * Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 4-5 Piece/10 Gram * Black Peppers(काली मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp * Clove(लौंग) - 1 Tbsp * Nutmeg(जायफल) - 1 Piece * Thick Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp/10-12 Gram * Ginger Powder(अदरक पाउडर) - 3 Tbsp * Raw Sugar Candy/Mishri(मिश्री) -Few


RECIPE:
  • Take a mortar pastel or a blender and put some Black Cardamom, crush it & remove its peels.
  • Add Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg and coarsely grind them.
  • Keep the pan on the flame, add Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, crushed Cinnamon Stick, Nutmeg, Black Cardamom Seeds and Thick Fennel Seed and sauté all the ingredients.
  • Take out the roasted Spices on a plate and let it cool completely.
  • Add Ginger Powder and mix well. Put all the spices in a mixer jar along with crushed Raw Sugar Candy/Mishri and grind them together.
  • Pass the ground masala through a fine sieve.
  • Tea Masala Powder is ready. Keep it in a airtight container.
For Tea
  • For Tea, keep a pan on the stove, add water to the pan and let it boil. When the water boils add sugar & tea leaves to the water.
  • Add milk and let it boil.
  • Finally, add tea Masala Powder & simmer for a while.
